Danielle Knight

Danielle Knight is a dynamic force at the intersection of entertainment, culture and impact.

As Founder and CEO of Village for Visionaries, Danielle leads us on our mission to make impact the new industry standard.

After nearly two decades working across entertainment, global advocacy, business and large-scale cultural events, she saw a pattern most industries were missing: the artists, brands and leaders shaping culture weren’t just building audiences, they were building movements with meaning.

Yet most of them were still treating impact as an afterthought and relying on outdated models of ‘sponsorship’ to move the needle in a world that values and invests in depth and integrity over transactions.

Danielle’s on a mission to change that — helping artists, brands and organisations create eco-systems of influence to drive meaningful ROI, and leverage purpose as a strategic advantage rather than a side project.

Danielle’s body of work began to form 20 years ago when she purchased a one-way ticket overseas at 19 with the desire to see the world and understand the vastly unique cultures within it. Having travelled through 62 countries and worked across multiple industries, Danielle brings a rare global perspective to her work.

From events and marketing at Disney London, tour management across Europe, to her early work on projects with global superstar Mariah Carey, Danielle fused her experience into innovative strategies and frameworks that allowed her to contribute to major entertainment productions, talent management, and global cultural events.

Danielle spent years travelling to Sierra Leone and Uganda, co-managing grassroots initiatives including schools, community centres and self-sustaining micro-projects. Moving between global entertainment and on-the-ground social change shaped the philosophy that now defines her work: impact is your edge, culturally and commercially.

Shortly after launching Village For Visionaries in 2022, Danielle moved to New York City to work with the CEO and Founder of Global Citizen, on international advocacy initiatives involving Presidents, Prime Ministers, UN leaders, philanthropists and A-list artists. Her work focused on transforming high-profile cultural moments into measurable action, including enhancing the audience action model for the Global Citizen Summit NYC 2023.

She has consulted on initiatives including the relaunch of Rock Against Racism, curating the inaugural Ambassador Programme for Prince William’s Earthshot Prize, campaign directed the first cross-cultural sustainable fashion show at UN Headquarters for International Peace Day and worked with brands such as American Apparel and Ben And Jerry’s curating and producing their first Artist x Impact Campaigns.

Today, Danielle is also an award-nominated podcast host and sought-after speaker, delivering keynotes around the world.

She doesn’t just promote impact, she embodies it.
